The University of Cincinnati is proud to offer an online Bachelor degree completion program for COTAs (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants). This rigorous program offers a pathway for COTAs to earn a Bachelor’s degree in the pursuit of applying for a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy or additional career advancement. The Bachelor of Health Science in Behavior & Occupation Studies requires students to hold at least an Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting and must hold, or have held, a license to practice. In addition, the program meets the requirements for certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine (ASM) and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (ACSM). This Bachelor’s degree is delivered in a 100% online format, designed to fit the schedule of the full-time working COTA.
